2014 Public Forum Nationals Topic

From the National Forensics League:

The Public Forum TOPIC AREA for the 2014 National Tournament is "Russia and NATO." The two resolutions from which students and advisors may choose are as follows:
  • 

Resolved: NATO expansion into the former Warsaw Pact nations and Soviet republics has caused more harm than good.
  • Resolved: NATO should strengthen its relationship with Ukraine in order to deter further Russian aggression.
To access the COACH vote, one chapter advisor per active school may log in to the Points Application and select "Public Forum Vote" from the left side menu:

Voting concludes Wednesday, April 30, at 4 p.m. CDT. The Nationals resolution will be announced online at www.speechanddebate.org on May 1.
